ARTÍCULO PRIMERO DECLARAR el DIVORCIO ULTERIOR y en consecuencia, DISUELTO EL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL contraido por el Sr. PRIETO RUIZ Deivis Jhonatan y la Sra. FERNANDEZ ESPINOZA Eleana Anais, ante el Registro Civil de la Municipalidad Distrital de Bellavista – Provincia de Sullana – Departamento de Piura, acogiéndose al Procedimiento No Contencioso de Separación Convencional y Divorcio Ulterior en las Municipalidades y Notarias – Ley N° 29227.
