ARTÍCULO PRIMERO DECLARAR el DIVORCIO ULTERIOR y en consecuencia, DISUELTO EL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL contraido por el Sr. MANAYAY ROMERO Héctor David, y la Sra. ANTON CASTILLO Amelia Stefani, ante el Registro Civil de la Municipalidad del Provincial de Sullana – Departamento de Piura, acogiéndose al Procedimiento No Contencioso de Separación Convencional y Divorcio Ulterior en las Municipalidades y Notarias – Ley N° 29227.
