Vicky Deyanira Navarro Atoche &#8211; Subgerente de Saneamiento F\u00edsico Legal, Informe N\u00ba 029-2024\/MDB-SGEyFP-PEMS, de fecha 31.01.2024, emitido por la Ing. Pierina Elizabeth More Seminario &#8211; Subgerente de Estudios y Formulaci\u00f3n de Proyectos e Informe N\u00ba 078-2024-MDB-GDTel, de fecha 02.02.2024, emitido por el Ing.
