VIGILANTE<\/strong> del dep\u00f3sito municipal, o en otro puesto de similar jerarqu\u00eda y funciones, respet\u00e1ndose su remuneraci\u00f3n percibida hasta antes del despido, sin perjuicio de la observancia de los limites remunerativos previstos en la ley, y su condici\u00f3n de personal con discapacidad, en m\u00e9rito de Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 Doce de fecha 30 de enero de 2024, expedida en el marco del Expediente Judicial N\u00b0 00447-2023-0-3101-JR-LA-01, del 1\u00b0 Juzgado Especializado de Trabajo Sup &#8211;
