N\u00b0 728-Ley de Productividad y Competitividad Laboral, aprobado por el Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 003-97-TR con eficacia anticipada a partir del 01 de diciembre de 2023, exoner\u00e1ndole del plazo de anticipaci\u00f3n de conformidad a lo previsto en el articulo 16\u00b0 inciso b) y art\u00edculo 18\u00b0 del Texto Unico Ordenado del Decreto Legislativo N\u00b0 728, as\u00ed como de conformidad con el Informe N\u00b0 003-2024-REMUN\/MDB-S, de fecha: 04.01.2024, emitido por la Lic. Trixy G. Merino Castro Jefe de la Oficina de Remuneraciones, Informe N\u00b0 008-2024-URH\/MDB-S, de fecha 08.01.2024, emitido por la Lic. Emixy Marily More Saavedra Jefe de Unidad de Recursos Humanos, Informe N\u00b0 0006-2024-OAyF\/MDB-S, de fecha 10.01.2024, emitido por el Lic. Manuel Marcelino Chunga Campos Jefe de la Oficina de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas, Informe N\u00b0 1028-2023-MDB-S-OAJ-, de fecha 28.11.2023., e Informe N\u00b0 102-2024-MDB-S-OAJ-, de fecha 06.02.2024., emitido por el Abog.
