MAR\u00cdA LUZ NIZAMA ESTELA<\/strong> por el importe de <strong>S\/ 54,430.00 (CINCUENTA Y CUATRO MIL CUATROCIENTOS TREINTA Y 00\/100 SOLES)<\/strong>; en el marco del Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00famero: Sesenta y Siete (67), de fecha 15 de enero de 2024 Expediente Judicial N\u00b0 00259-2009-0-3101-JM-ON-01, emitido por el 2\u00b0 Juzgado de Trabajo Sullana, seg\u00fan lo requerido en la Resoluci\u00f3n Numero sesenta de fecha 19 de diciembre de 2019, y de conformidad con el Memorando N\u00b00028-2024-MDB-S\/PPM, de fecha 02.02.2024, emitido por la Abog. Johana Elisa Aguilar Saavedra Procuradora P\u00fablica Municipal (e), Informe N\u00b0 073-2024-MDB\/U.T, de fecha 12.04.2024, emitido por la CPC. Paulina Elizabeth Machuca Herrera &#8211; Jefa de la oficina de la Unidad de Tesoreria, Informe N\u00b0 0089-2024\/OAyF\/MDB-S, de fecha 15.04.2024, emitido por el Lic.
