{"id":3699,"date":"2024-06-17T11:49:44","date_gmt":"2024-06-17T16:49:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mdbellavista.gob.pe\/wordpress\/?p=3699"},"modified":"2024-06-17T11:49:45","modified_gmt":"2024-06-17T16:49:45","slug":"resolucion-de-alcaldia-n-0325-2024-mdb-s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mdbellavista.gob.pe\/wordpress\/?p=3699","title":{"rendered":"Resoluci\u00f3n de Alcald\u00eda N\u00b0 0325-2024-MDB-S"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>APROBAR<\/strong> en v\u00edas de regularizaci\u00f3n lo solicitado por el Servidor Municipal <strong>Sr. LUIS ALBERTO ROSALES LAMA<\/strong>, el <strong>GOCE DE LAS LICENCIAS CON GOCE DE HABER<\/strong>, por motivo de enfermedad, en atenci\u00f3n a los fundamentos antes expuestos y estando a que los Expedientes N\u00b0 0993-2024., de fecha 21 de marzo de 2024 y el Expediente N\u00b0 1480-2024., de fecha 22 de abril de 2024, acreditan en forma fehaciente las inasistencias que ha incurrido el mencionado servidor p\u00fablico en los d\u00edas 18, 19 y 20 de marzo de 2024, y del 21 de marzo al 20 de abril de 2024, por ende t\u00e9ngase por justificada las inasistencias por haberse encontrado imposibilitado por temas de salud y haber gozado de las licencias M\u00e9dicas correspondientes, de conformidad con el Prove\u00eddo N\u00b0 0075-2024-URH\/MDB-S., de fecha 26.04.2024, emitido por la Lic. Emixy Marily More Saavedra &#8211; Jefe de la Unidad de Recursos Humanos e Informe N\u00b0 298-2024-MDB-S\/OAJ, de fecha 30.04.2024., emitido por el Abog.
