Declarar PROCEDENTE, lo solicitado por la servidora obrera municipal se\u00f1ora FABIOLA VARGAS DE NAVARRO, en calidad de madre del Sr. CARLOS ENRIQUE NAVARRO VARGAS, fallecido el 14 de abril de 2024 debiendo otorg\u00e1rsele la suma de S\/ 4,462.50 (CUATRO MIL CUATROCIENTOS SESENTA Y DOS CON 50\/100SOLES) por BENEFICIO POR FALLECIMIENTO y la suma de S\/ 4,462.50 (CUATRO MIL CUATROCIENTOS SESENTA Y DOS CON 50\/100 SOLES) por BENEFICIO POR GASTOS DE SEPELIO, otorgado mediante pacto colectivo seg\u00fan la Resoluci\u00f3n de Gerencia No 00027-2022-GM\/MDB-S., de fecha: 23 de mayo de 2022, habiendo sido ratificado con Resoluci\u00f3n de Alcald\u00eda N\u00b0 0687-2023-MDB-S., de fecha: 12.10.2023, de conformidad los Prove\u00eddos N\u00b0 0098-2024 de fecha 31.05.2024.. y No 0107-2024-URH\/MDB-S, de fecha 11.06.2024., emitidos por la Lic. Emixy Marily More Saavedra &#8211; Jefa de la Unidad de Recursos Humanos, Informe N\u00b0 0137-2024\/REMUN- MDB-S, de fecha 05.06.2024, emitido por la Lic. Trixy G. Merino Castro Jefa de Remuneraciones, e Informe N\u00b0 382-2024-MDB-S\/OAJ, de fecha 13.06.2024, emitido por el Abog.
