De conformidad con la Ley N\u00b032103, de fecha 26 de julio del 2024 y, con el INFORME N\u00b0127-2024\/MDB-OPYP, de fecha 30 de julio del 2024, de la Oficina de Planeamiento y Presupuesto, que forman parte integrante de la presente Resoluci\u00f3n.
