DE ALAMA, por el tiempo que ha laborado en la Municipalidad Distrital de Bellavista &#8211; Sullana, desde 15 de enero de 1988 hasta el 31 de julio de 2024, seg\u00fan Resoluci\u00f3n de Alcald\u00eda N\u00b0 0407-2024-MDB-S de fecha 16 de julio de 2024, de conformidad con lo que estipula el Art. 54\u00b0 inc. c) del Decreto Legislativo N\u00b0 276, por el importe total por CTS la suma de S\/47,700.00 (CUARENTA Y SIETE MIL SETECIENTOS CON 00\/100 SOLES), vacaciones truncas S\/.721.19 (SETECIENTOS VEINTIUNO CON 19\/100 SOLES), haciendo un total a percibir en la suma de S\/ 48,421.19 (CUARENTA Y OCHO MIL CUATROCIENTOS VEINTIUNO CON 19\/100 SOLES), descont\u00e1ndose por aportaciones de ONP la suma de S\/6,294.75 (SEIS MIL DOSCIENTOS NOVENTA Y CUATRO CON 75\/100 SOLES), abon\u00e1ndose por aporte de ESSALUD el monto de S\/ 64.91 SOLES, de pt conformidad con el Informe N\u00b0 0180-2024-REMUN\/MDB-S, de fecha 31.07.2024, emitido por la Lic.
