{"id":4219,"date":"2024-09-30T11:17:26","date_gmt":"2024-09-30T16:17:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mdbellavista.gob.pe\/wordpress\/?p=4219"},"modified":"2024-09-30T11:17:27","modified_gmt":"2024-09-30T16:17:27","slug":"resolucion-de-alcaldia-n-0464-2024-mdb-s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mdbellavista.gob.pe\/wordpress\/?p=4219","title":{"rendered":"RESOLUCION DE ALCALDIA N\u00b0 0464-2024-MDB-S"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\ufeff<br>RECONOCER al demandante Sr. EBERTH CARMEN VIERA la existencia de una relaci\u00f3n laboral a PLAZO INDETERMINADO, bajo el imperio de las normas laborales regidas por el Decreto Legislativo N\u00b0 728 Ley de Productividad y Competitividad Laboral, por el per\u00edodo: que va desde el 01 de enero del 2019 hasta la actualidad, sin tomar en cuenta los per\u00edodos de inactividad, 15 d\u00edas del mes de marzo, 10 d\u00edas por el mes de setiembre y 10 d\u00edas por el mes de diciembre del 2019, as\u00ed como 10 d\u00edas de marzo, 10 d\u00edas de junio de 2020 y por \u00faltimo tampoco se aprecia servicios por 15 d\u00edas en el mes de setiembre del 2021 por lo tanto REGISTRAR en la PLANILLAS DE OBREROS, bajo el r\u00e9gimen laboral de la actividad privada Decreto Legislativo N\u00b0 728, de conformidad con Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00famero Siete (07) de fecha 08 de marzo de 2023, reca\u00edda en el marco del Expediente N\u00b0 00517-2022-0- 3101-JR-LA-01, de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Sullana Sala Laboral Transitoria de Sullana, Memorando N\u00b0 206-2024-MDB-PPM, de fecha 13.08.2024., emitido por la Abog.
