F\u00e1tima Barba Mendoza, Proveido N\u00b0 0185-2023-URH\/MDB-S, de fecha 29.05.2023, y Proveido N\u00b0 0118-2024-URH\/MDB-S, de fecha 22.07.2024, emitidos por la Jefa de la Unidad de Recursos Humanos &#8211; Lic. Emixy Marily More Saavedra, Informe N\u00b0 0450-2023-MDB-S\/OAJ, de fecha 08.05.2023, y el Informe N\u00b0 0443-2024-MDB-S\/OAJ, 24.07.2024, emitidos por el Abog.
