MAR\u00cdA FLOR PINARES FERNANDEZ fallecida 18.05.2024 por lo tanto RECON\u00d3ZCASE Y PAGUESE la LIQUIDACI\u00d3N DE BENEFICIOS SOCIALES, DE COMPENSACI\u00d3N POR TIEMPO DE SERVICIOS (CTS), por el fallecimiento de la titular MAR\u00cdA FLOR PINARES FERNANDEZ, bajo el r\u00e9gimen del Decreto Legislativo N\u00b0 276, otorgando la liquidaci\u00f3n ascendente a S\/.42,238.78, (CUARENTA Y DOS MIL DOSCIENTOS TREINTA Y OCHO CON 78\/100 SOLES); debiendo repartirse a sus herederos legales de las siguiente manera: WALTER ALBERTO VILCHEZ SARANGO, con DNI. N\u00b0 03580673 en calidad de c\u00f3nyuge sup\u00e9rstite el Cincuenta por ciento (50% ) por el monto de S\/ 21,119.39 soles y el otro Cincuenta por ciento (50%) para sus tres hijos CARLOS ALBERTO VILCHEZ PINARES, con DNI. N\u00b0 46835317, CRISTHIAN ROBERTO VILCHEZ PINARES, con DNI. N\u00b0 73859092 y ROXANA RUTH VILCHEZ PINARES, con DNI. N\u00b0 73859091, en partes iguales por el monto de S\/ 7,039.80 soles a cada hijo, de conformidad con el informe N\u00b0 0154-2024-REMUN\/MDB-S, de fecha 26.06.2024, emitido por la Lic. Trixy G. Merino Castro &#8211; Jefa de Remuneraciones, Informe N\u00b0 516-2024-MDB-S\/OAJ, de fecha 03.09.2024, emitido por el Abog. Alfredo Farf\u00e1n Ordinola &#8211; Jefe de la oficina de Asesor\u00eda Jur\u00eddica, Prove\u00eddo N\u00b0 0150- 2023-URH\/MDB-S, de fecha 19.09.2024, emitido por la Jefa de la Unidad de Recursos Humanos &#8211; Lic.
