{"id":4457,"date":"2024-11-08T11:59:51","date_gmt":"2024-11-08T16:59:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mdbellavista.gob.pe\/wordpress\/?p=4457"},"modified":"2024-11-08T11:59:52","modified_gmt":"2024-11-08T16:59:52","slug":"resoluciones-de-alcaldia-n0532-2024-mdb-s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mdbellavista.gob.pe\/wordpress\/?p=4457","title":{"rendered":"RESOLUCIONES DE ALCALDIA N\u00b00532-2024-MDB-S"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Declarar PROCEDENTE, la solicitud presentada por la servidora municipal nombrada Se\u00f1ora PILAR ACARO VIUDA DE AGUILAR, sobre BONIFICACI\u00d3N POR CUMPLIR 40 A\u00d1OS DE SERVICIO en esta municipalidad, los mismos que los ha cumplido el d\u00eda 01 de agosto de 2024, seg\u00fan su fecha de ingreso a planilla 01.08.1984, en amparo a la Resoluci\u00f3n de Gerencia Municipal N\u00b0 000039-2021-A-GM\/MDB-S., de fecha 25 de noviembre de 2021, el mismo que ha sido ratificado con Resoluci\u00f3n de Alcald\u00eda N\u00b0 0676-2023-MDB-S del 06.10.2023, que aprueba el pacto colectivo y ratifica los pliegos de reclamos de a\u00f1o anteriores; por lo tanto RECONOCER el BENEFICIO POR HABER CUMPLIDO 40 A\u00d1OS DE SERVICIO en la suma de S\/ 4,000.00 (Cuatro mil y 00\/100 soles), y de conformidad con Informe N\u00b0 0216-2024\/REMUN-MDB-S, de fecha 20.09.2024, emitido por la Lic. Trixy G. Merino Castro Jefa de Remuneraciones, Proveido N\u00b0 0156-2024-URH\/MDB-S, de fecha 26.09.2024, emitido por la Jefa de la Unidad de Recursos Humanos Lic. Emixy Marily More Saavedra e Informe N\u00b0564-2024-MDB-S\/OAJ, de fecha 26.09.2024, emitido por el Abog.
