{"id":4522,"date":"2024-11-11T08:58:15","date_gmt":"2024-11-11T13:58:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mdbellavista.gob.pe\/wordpress\/?p=4522"},"modified":"2024-11-11T08:58:21","modified_gmt":"2024-11-11T13:58:21","slug":"resoluciones-de-alcaldia-n0569-2024-mdb-s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mdbellavista.gob.pe\/wordpress\/?p=4522","title":{"rendered":"RESOLUCIONES DE ALCALDIA N\u00b00569-2024-MDB-S"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>MODIFICAR en parte la Resoluci\u00f3n de Alcald\u00eda N\u00b0 0159-2024-MDB-S de fecha 08 de abril de 2024, mediante la cual se reconoce como parte de los trabajadores titulares a la persona de LOUIS MARCELINO A\u00d1AZCO IBA\u00d1EZ, como parte del COMIT\u00c9 DE SEGURIDAD, SALUD EN EL TRABAJO CSST DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DISTRITAL DE BELLAVISTA SULLANA, por el periodo 2024-2025, el mismo a la fecha se le ha cancelado la medida cautelar por disposici\u00f3n judicial y ya no mantiene v\u00ednculo con la entidad. Por lo tanto se PROCEDE al REEMPLAZO de dicho se\u00f1or, por el primer suplente esto es la persona de LUIS ALBERTO NIMA HUERTAS, como parte de los trabajadores titulares a fin de mantener y conformar el COMIT\u00c9 DE SEGURIDAD, SALUD EN EL TRABAJO CSST &#8211; DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DISTRITAL DE BELLAVISTA &#8211; SULLANA, por el periodo 2024-2025, en cumplimiento a lo establecido en la R.M N\u00b0 245-2021-TR, y de conformidad con el Informe N\u00b0 0410-2024-URH\/MDB-S, de Jefe de la Unidad de Recursos fecha 03.10.2024., emitido por la Lic. Emixy Marily More Saavedra Humanos, Informe N\u00b0 0284-2024-OAyF\/MDB-S, de fecha 14.10.2024, Informe N\u00b0 0290-2024-OAYF\/MDB-S, de fecha 17.10.2024, emitidos por el Lic. Manuel Marcelino Chunga Campos &#8211; Jefe de la Oficina de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas e Informe N\u00b0 603-2024-MDB-S\/OAJ, de fecha 14.10.2024., emitido por el Abog. Alfredo Farf\u00e1n Ordinola &#8211; Asesor, Jur\u00eddico y Memorando N\u00b0 110-2024-GM\/MDB-S, de fecha 18.10.2024, emitido por el Lic.
