William Moran Rodr\u00edguez &#8211; Subgerente de Defensa Civil e Informe N\u00b0 1144-2024-GSMYGM\/MDB-S, de fecha 12.11.2024, emitido por la Gerente de Servicios Municipales y Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental &#8211; Biga. Ethel Carol Zapata Espinoza e Informe N\u00b0 690-2024-MDB-S\/OAJ, de fecha 14.11.2024, emitido por el Jefe de la oficina de Asesor\u00eda Jur\u00eddica &#8211; Abog.
