Declarar FUNDADO el recurso presentado por la administrada Sra. MICAELA MEZONES SANCHEZ con DNI N\u00b0 27744031, en consecuencia DECLARESE NULA LA PAPELETA DE INFRACCI\u00d3N N\u00b0 866, suscrita por el fiscalizador DANTE MANUYAMA CURITIMA y sin valor legal la misma por las razones antes expuestas y de conformidad con el Informe N\u00b0 231-2024\/SGPMYF-MDB-S, de fecha 23.10.2024, emitido por el Lic. Ra\u00fal Jes\u00fas Berrios Salas Subgerente (E) de la Policia Municipal y Fiscalizaci\u00f3n, Informe N\u00b0 000168-2024-OAT\/MDB-S., de fecha 08.11.2024, emitido por la Sra. Rosa Elvira More Nunura- Jefe de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria e Informe N\u00b0723-2024-MDB-S\/OAJ, de fecha 27.11.2024., emitido por el Abog.
