Dedarar PROCEDENTE la solicitud del trabajador obrero municipal, JUAN MIGUEL GUTIERREZ ASUNCI\u00d3N, por lo tanto otorguese el descanso vacacional a la persona lineas arriba se\u00f1alada al haber acumulado m\u00e1s de 12 meses cumplidos conforme a ley, por el periodo de 30 dias calendario, en atenci\u00f3n a las disposiciones como es el Decreto Legislativo N\u00b0 728 y el Decreto Legislativo N\u00b0 713 que regula los descansos remunerados al haber superado el a\u00f1o efectivo de labor le corresponde su derecho vacacional, de conformidad con el Informe N\u00b0 0477-2024-URH\/MDB-S, de fecha 10.12.2024, emitido por la Lic. Emixy Marily More Saavedra-Jefe de la Unidad de Recursos Humanos, Informe N\u00b0 758-2024-MDB-S\/OAJ, de fecha 12.12.2024., emitido por el Abog.
