Alfredo Farf\u00e1n Ordinola &#8211; Jefe de la Oficina de Asesor\u00eda Jur\u00eddica y Memorando N\u00b0 220-2024\/GM\/MDB-S., de fecha 10.12.2024., emitido por el Ing.
